Chairman of the Board of Slovak Smart City Clustra, a graduate sociologist, enthusiast for smart energy.

During his almost four-year tenure as Deputy Mayor of Poprad, he focused primarily on energy, smart cities and education. He stood at the birth of the Poprad Energy Company and the Slovak Smart City Cluster. He is a co-author of the Poprad City Development Program with a view to 2040, the Smart City Concept Poprad. He is currently a member of the Poprad City Council, a member of the Prešov Regional Office, a member of the Education Commission.
